Diabetic patients at the Lorain County Free Clinic will have additional services this year thanks to a generous grant. The CVS Foundation in Rhode Island, along with the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics, provided the funding.
This grant will help diabetics receive multi-level care, including access to medicines, managing daily care, vision screenings, podiatry care and nutrition counseling.
